Project Description: This project involves the construction of three new Veterans Homes in the greater Los Angeles and Ventura County regions. These two homes will consist of 60 Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) beds with a 50-person Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) at each site. The third home (West Los Angeles) will be approximately 378,000 square feet plus a 34,000 square foot kitchen. It will consist of 400 beds including FCFE, Skilled Nursing Facility, and Alzheimer / dementia. The new homes will form a multi-campus Veterans home network serving the Greater Los Angeles and Ventura region. The facilities will provide various medical treatment and care, residential care, skilled nursing, adult day care, Alzheimer and dementia care along with support facilities.
